We deliver training courses across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex, and can teach courses conveniently at your premises. We also sell Automated External Defibrillators, cabinets and replacement items.

All training courses through TrainEEAST are OFQUAL regulated and are accepted by Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for the purposes of compliance with regulation 3(2) of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. 


Open Courses

We run a programme of open training courses for anybody to sign onto. Whether you are interested in learning the basics of Emergency First Aid or are part of a group of Nursery Nurses looking to receive your Paediatric First Aid certificate, it’s all possible and we’re here to help. 


Open courses are based in our training centres across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk. 


Courses for Your Business

Whatever the size of your business, from the largest companies to smaller businesses, and whatever your organisation does, we can support your training needs.


We can conduct a training needs analysis with you and then recommend the best programmes for your teams. 


Courses are generally from 4-12 people at a time, and we can deliver the training at your business or virtually, depending on your requirements. 



Courses For Healthcare Professionals

Being part of the NHS ourselves, many of our programmes are delivered to other NHS and healthcare Trusts. We are experienced at delivering programmes to organisations such as GP surgeries, dental practices, and mental health services. 


You can expect our training courses to be up to date with current best practice and to be fully NHS and CQC approved. We deliver many courses to mixed groups of senior clinicians and admin staff, and we know how to tailor sessions to fit with the groups existing skills and knowledge. 

Automated External Defibrillators

Automated External Defibrillators, cabinets and replacement items are available to purchase through TrainEEAST. We also offer training in Basic Life Support and the use of AEDs.
